This model minimizes conflicts and ensures that we act as a fiduciary and always in your best interest.

We are compensated for advice, plan implementation, and for the ongoing management of assets.

We often make referrals to other professionals but never receive any compensation from these referrals.

Assets Under Management (AUM)

AUM fees vary based on the size of the account and the specific money management, but our fees are very competitive, fully disclosed, and mutually agreed upon. This type of relationship is best for clients with a minimum of $250,000 in assets.

The benefits of an ongoing fee-based relationship include:

  • Potential tax benefits—fees for advisory accounts are generally deductible against your federal income taxes

Additional compensation may apply in the form of commissions for purchase of individual stocks, bonds and through service fees (12b-1) for mutual fund transactions. Fees, charges and expenses are detailed in the Cetera Advisors LLC's ADV Part 2A.

Fees are negotiable for specific client situations and levels of engagement for clients with assets above $250,000 AUM. Planning is included.
